Faceling

The Faceling is a chainsaw-wielding entity that patrols Level 10 (The Fields). It is fast, aggressive, and the sound of its chainsaw is one of the most terrifying audio cues in the game.

• Carries a chainsaw with a distinctive revving sound.
• Patrols the main road and fields.
• Charges at players on sight — deals massive damage.
• Fast movement speed — outrunning it in a straight line is difficult.

• Listen for the chainsaw — the revving sound tells you exactly where the Faceling is.
• Go the opposite direction when you hear the chainsaw nearby.
• Never take the main road — the Faceling primarily patrols the road. Stay in the fields.
• Use windmills as landmarks — they help you navigate without using the road.
• Move quietly through corn/wheat fields — the Faceling is less likely to detect you there.
