How to Survive Level Fun — Complete Stealth Guide

Master the art of stealth in Level Fun. Learn every Partygoer patrol route, table hiding spots, and how to navigate the party area without being spotted.

Why Level Fun is Different

Level Fun is the only level in Escape the Backrooms where combat is completely impossible. You cannot fight, stun, or kill any Partygoer. Your only tools are crouching, hiding, and patience.

Partygoer Patrol Routes

After many playthroughs, the community has mapped the 27 Partygoer routes. Here are the key patterns:

  • Main Hall (8 Partygoers): Circular patrol, clockwise. Gaps appear every ~20 seconds near the cake table.
  • Balloon Room (5 Partygoers): Random wandering. Stay near the entrance — the back of this room is a death trap.
  • Gift Room (4 Partygoers): Fixed positions around the gift pile. One moves every 15 seconds — that's your window.
  • Corridor (6 Partygoers): Back-and-forth patrol. Tables line both walls — use them as checkpoints.
  • Exit Room (4 Partygoers): Guards near the exit. The hardest section. Use bait tactics.

Table Hiding Mechanics

  • Tables with tablecloths reaching the floor are hiding spots.
  • Press the interact key near a table to slide under.
  • Partygoers CANNOT reach you under tables — confirmed safe.
  • However: if a Partygoer saw you go under, it will wait. Wait 30+ seconds before emerging.
  • Some tables are decorative only (no cloth) — these do NOT work as hiding spots.

Recommended Route

  1. Enter → Main Hall. Wait for the patrol gap near the cake table. Move to first table.
  2. Table to Balloon Room entrance. Stay low, hug the right wall.
  3. Skip the Balloon Room interior — circle around via the Corridor instead (safer).
  4. Corridor: table-to-table, each one a checkpoint. Wait for the back-and-forth patrol to move away.
  5. Gift Room: enter when the moving Partygoer has just left. Exit quickly.
  6. Exit Room: bait one Partygoer with a crouch-step noise, then circle around the other side.
