The Hub

Overview

The Hub is a safe central area that connects many levels. There are no hostile entities here, making it an ideal place to rest, regroup, and plan your next move.

The Hub becomes accessible after completing Level 3 (Pipe Dreams) and serves as your base of operations for the mid-game.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Activate the Power

1. When you first arrive, the Hub is partially powered down.
2. Find the power panel and flip the green switch.
3. Lights turn on, revealing the full layout.

Step 2: The Computer Terminal

1. Locate the computer terminal in the main room.
2. Find a notepad nearby — the password is: itheardyou.
3. Log into the computer with the password.
4. Run Gate.exe — this opens a gate back to Level 2.

Step 3: Unlock Level Doors

• Around the Hub are multiple locked doors, each connecting to a different level.
• Each door unlocks after you've reached that level through normal gameplay.
• Once unlocked, you can use Hub doors for fast travel.
• This is crucial for accessing secret endings that require backtracking.

Hub Connections

• Level 2 — available via Gate.exe after activation
• Level 5 — door accessible from spawn (forward, second left)
• Level 6 — unlocks after completing Terror Hotel
• Level Fun — unlocks after Level 6 via Level 3 right path
• More connections unlock as you progress

• The Hub is 100% safe — no entities spawn here.
• Computer password: itheardyou (found on a notepad nearby).
• Each Hub door unlocks after visiting that level once.
